. We are looking for a 
Project Management Assistant Intern
 to support our solar energy team in managing ongoing and upcoming projects.

This internship is ideal for someone with 
analytical thinking, structured working style, and a proactive mindset
 — who wants to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy project management and grow with a fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project documentation, filing, and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal teams (engineering, procurement, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, customers).
  • Help track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using standard project management tools.
  • Conduct research on technical specifications, rooftop feasibility, regulatory updates, or market trends.
  • Support site assessment activities, including data collection, photo documentation, and report preparation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
  • Draft meeting minutes, correspondence, and assist with day-to-day project administration.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in 
    Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
    , with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in 
    Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling
     (basic Power BI or AutoCAD is a plus).
  • Interest in solar energy
     or project management preferred.
  • Basic understanding of solar PV systems or construction projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good English and Vietnamese skills (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or exposure to the renewable energy, construction, or engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Helioscope, or similar design tools (a plus).
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
