JOB DESCRIPTION

1/ Task Management:

  • Assigning tasks to team members and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Tracking project progress, monitoring timelines, and adjusting schedules as necessary.

2/ Communication:

  • Serving as the point of contact between team members and clients.
  • Facilitating communication within the team, making sure everyone is updated on the project's status.
  • Managing client communication, keeping them informed about project developments, and addressing any issues.

3/ Documentation and Reporting:

  • Preparing project reports, documentation, and summaries for stakeholders.
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, and any relevant documentation in an organized manner.

4/ Meeting Coordination:

  • Scheduling and organizing project-related meetings, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed by ensuring meeting outcomes are communicated to the team.

5/ Resource Allocation:

  • Ensuring that resources (such as tools, team members, etc.) are available when needed.
  • Assisting with logistics, like ensuring materials and information are available for team members.

6/ Quality Control:

  • Helping monitor and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Assisting in identifying potential issues and helping resolve them to keep the project on track.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Graduated/final year university student majoring in Economics, English Language, IT, Information Systems, or related majors;
  • Fluent English, 4 skills in English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS or 850 TOEIC, having a certificate is preferred;
  • Organizational skills, work organization;
  • Good communication skill;
  • Personal laptop is required;
  • Be able to work full-time;
