Job Description

1. Xây dựng chiến lược tăng trưởng

  • Xây dựng chiến lược tăng trưởng tổng thể theo tháng/quý/năm cho thị trường quốc tế (đặc biệt là US).
  • Xác định mục tiêu, định hướng các kênh marketing – bán hàng theo từng giai đoạn.
  • Đảm bảo sự đồng bộ giữa chiến lược Marketing và chiến lược Sales.

2. Quản lý phễu bán hàng & hoạt động bán hàng quốc tế

  • Chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ phễu bán hàng: từ tiếp cận → tương tác → chuyển đổi → duy trì khách hàng
  • Đưa ra định hướng tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi và doanh thu trên các kênh chính: TikTok, Facebook, Website, Email Marketing.
  • Xây dựng các chương trình bán hàng, ưu đãi, kế hoạch theo mùa vụ phù hợp từng thị trường.
  • Theo dõi các chỉ số cốt lõi và đưa ra quyết định kịp thời để đạt mục tiêu doanh thu.

3. Điều phối hoạt động Digital Marketing

  • Định hướng triển khai các kênh: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing.
  • Phân bổ ngân sách marketing phù hợp và theo dõi hiệu quả tổng thể.
  • Định hướng nội dung, creative và thông điệp marketing cho từng thị trường.

4. Quản lý và phát triển đội nhóm

  • Xây dựng cơ cấu team Growth (Sales + Marketing).
  • Giao KPI, đánh giá hiệu suất và định hướng phát triển năng lực nhân sự.
  • Đảm bảo sự phối hợp hiệu quả giữa các team: Marketing – Sales – Fulfill – CSKH.

5. Phân tích dữ liệu & ra quyết định

  • Phân tích dữ liệu để đưa ra định hướng phát triển, tối ưu theo từng giai đoạn.
  • Báo cáo hiệu quả chiến lược cho Ban Giám đốc và đề xuất phương án cải thiện.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Digital Marketing và bán hàng quốc tế
  • Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý đội nhóm
  • Hiểu biết sâu về các kênh Digital Marketing và hành vi mua hàng quốc tế.
  • Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các chiến dịch Email Marketing, đa dạng phân khúc khách hàng là lợi thế
  • Hiểu biết sâu về phân tích dữ liệu và các công cụ như Google Analytics.
  • Kỹ năng viết nội dung và biên tập tốt, am hiểu về UX/UI trong email.
  • Tiếng Anh: nghe, nói, đọc, viết tốt
