About The Role
On behalf of our client - a newly established FDI company specializing in renewable energy development across solar, battery storage, and distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers - we are seeking a
Senior Sales Manager to lead business expansion efforts in
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Backed by regional investors, this business is well-funded and embarking on an ambitious journey to
**develop and build over 150 MW of clean energy projects in the next three years.

This role is important in driving the company's hyper-growth journey, taking ownership of
B2B sales origination, deal closure , and
strategic client development . You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to shape the company's sales strategy, strengthen customer partnerships, and accelerate Vietnam's clean energy transformation.

****Key Responsibilities

**Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the company's sales and growth strategy.
  • Identify and engage corporate and industrial customers across South and Central Vietnam.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities, from origination and proposal to deal closure.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments in collaboration with the projects and engineering teams.

**Client Management & Proposal Development

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and sales presentations with the support of engineering and commercial team members.
  • Assist in EPC bid management, offer preparation, and contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.

**Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide valuable market feedback and recommend improvements to products and sales strategies.
  • Deliver regular pipeline and performance reports to senior management.
  • Manage internal reporting and maintain structured documentation of client interactions.

**Travel & Execution

  • Conduct domestic travel as required.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution of deliverables under tight deadlines.
