KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To lead and drive Piaggio's sales performance and network development in Vietnam by managing a team of professionals and working directly with dealers to develop and execute strategic sales plans. The role is pivotal in expanding market share, enhancing dealer performance, and ensuring sustainable growth across the country.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement country-level sales strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Collaorate with dealers to create and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Dealer Management

  • Build strong relationships with key dealers across Vietnam.
  • Support dealers in achieving sales targets through training, marketing initiatives, and operational guidance.
  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with Piaggio's standards and policies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of 10–12 professionals in sales and network development.
  • Set clear goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure continuous development of team capabilities.

Network Development

  • Oversee expansion and optimization of the dealer network.
  • Evaluate potential new locations and partners to strengthen Piaggio's presence.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and dealer activities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and dealer networks.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
