JOB DESCRIPTION: Korean Sales Senior (Industrial Equipment)

Salary: Up to 3,000 USD/month x 13 months + Performance Bonus up to 6-10 months' salary

I. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Korean Sales Senior
to join a leading global company specializing in
industrial equipment and machinery
. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong market knowledge, customer management skills, and a proven track record in B2B industrial sales.

This position is
open for Korean professionals
, who possess strong relationship-building abilities and deep understanding of industrial market operations.

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key B2B clients and partners in the industrial sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Operations, Finance, After-sales) to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

III. Requirements

  • Korean nationality is required;
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in
    industrial equipment, machinery, or related B2B sales
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Experience working in multinational or large-scale corporations is preferred.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
  • English proficiency required; is a plus.

IV. Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:
    ~
    3,000 USD/month
    (13-month salary structure).
  • Bonus:
    Up to
    10 months' salary
    based on performance.
