Day to day activities:

  • Hiểu rõ các chức năng kinh doanh hiện tại trong hệ thống CRM và các hệ thống vệ tinh liên quan /
    Understand the existing business functionalities in the current CRM systems and related satellite systems.
  • Tiếp nhận và đưa vào vận hành các ứng dụng mới, các thay đổi từ đội phát triển, nhà cung cấp /
    Takeover and move to production new application, change from IT Development, Vendor
  • Phân tích các vấn đề do người dùng đưa ra, hợp tác với các nhóm khác để thu thập thông tin, xử lý vấn đề/
    Analyze issues raised by business users, collaborate with other teams to gather information, address the issue.
  • Cấu hình và kiểm tra hệ thống, làm việc với nhà cung cấp để triển khai các bản sửa lỗi./
    Configure and verify the production system, and work with vendors to deliver fixes.
  • Xử lý các công việc hỗ trợ và quản trị hàng ngày /
    Provide daily administration and support tasks.
  • Giám sát hiệu suất hệ thống và đảm bảo tính ổn định /
    Monitor system performance and ensure stability.
  • Tham gia họp đánh giá sự cố & giải quyết sự cố hàng tuần /
    Join the weekly incident review meeting to review issue & find solution to fix
  • Định kỳ đánh giá ứng dụng để đưa các giải pháp cải tiến /
    Periodically evaluate the current applications/systems & propose suitable solution to improve it.
  • Lập tài liệu, đánh giá và cập nhật định kỳ các tài liệu kỹ thuật, quy trình thủ tục vận hành để đảm bảo tài liệu luôn được mới nhất và đáp ứng các yêu cầu từ kiểm toán /
    Document, review and enhance on regular basis the technical document, support procedure, process to ensure that they are up-to-date and meet the auditors' requirements.
  • Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của các cấp trên /
    Other assigned tasks from Line Manager or Higher Manager.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm/Skills and experiences

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên lĩnh vực CNTT hay kỹ thuật /
    University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas
  • Trên 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở mảng hỗ trợ ứng dụng hoặc vận hành ứng dụng hoặc phát triển ứng dụng hoặc quản trị ứng dụng, ưu tiên mảng ứng dụng tài chính ngân hàng / 4
    + years of experiences in application support or application operation or application developer or application administration, preferably in banking or financial businesses
  • Có 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển hệ thống và phân tích nghiệp vụ/
    3 years of experience in System Development and Business Analysis
  • Có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống vTiger hoặc hệ thống CRM khác là một lợi thế /
    Experience in vTiger or other CRM system is a plus
  • Kỹ năng tốt trong quản lý, trình bày và thương lượng /
    Strong management, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Kỹ năng tốt trong phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề /
    Strong analysis & problem resolving skills
  • Thành thạo tiếng Anh /
    Fluent in English
  • Kỹ năng Oracle SQL, PLSQL, MySQL tốt /
    Strong Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL skills
  • Kỹ năng phân tích lỗi tốt trong môi trường CNTT phức tạp
    / Strong troubleshooting issue skill in complex IT environment
  • Có khả năng đọc hiểu mã nguồn /
    Can read & understand source code
