Mô tả công việc

  • Hiểu rõ định hướng xây dựng nội dung và mục tiêu phát triển thương mại của talent.
  • Đồng hành, hỗ trợ talent trong mọi hoạt động sáng tạo, sản xuất video/livestream, tham gia sự kiện… đảm bảo KPI về số lượng và chất lượng do công ty đưa ra.
  • Hỗ trợ talent lựa chọn sản phẩm tiềm năng, nắm kỹ thông tin sản phẩm và hành vi khách hàng nhằm mục tiêu tạo ra doanh thu từ video/livestream.
  • Phụ trách chuẩn bị, sắp xếp hậu cần: thiết bị, địa điểm, phương tiện, hàng mẫu, trang phục, trang điểm, đạo cụ…, làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan (production, marketing, warehouse…) trong quá trình sáng tạo nội dung của talent.
  • Làm việc với các đối tác là nhãn hàng nhằm hỗ trợ hoạt động thương mại của talent.
  • Liên tục cập nhật, nắm bắt thông tin về dự án và thị trường ngành hàng,...nhằm nắm bắt xu thế và phát triển năng lực chuyên môn.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
  • Có kiến thức về sáng tạo nội dung và bán hàng qua livestream.
  • Có khả năng quay chụp khá.
  • Hoạt ngôn, có khả năng dẫn dắt, tính cách vui vẻ.
  • Không nói ngọng, không nói giọng địa phương.
