HEAD OF SALE/ SALES MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT

Location: Ly Thuong Kiet, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Salary: 20 – 30 million VND/month (base salary) + performance-based commission

Employment Type: Full-time

boilers, air compressors, water pumps, HVAC systems,
Elevators & Escalators

and related machinery.
Our clients span various sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, construction, and processing industries. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to meet the growing demands of the Vietnamese market.

- Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities in industrial sectors
  • Provide product consultation and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure proper equipment installation and after-sales support
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and improve sales approaches
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

- Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment (boilers, pumps, HVAC, compressors, etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate technical solutions to clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic English proficiency is an advantage
