Job Details:
  • Handle daily operations to ensure a smooth running of the process
  • Ensure team assignments and work processes are designed to best achieve this quality customer service
  • Assist the operations manager to assign teams, establish work processes, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong knowledge of shipping operations; keep customers up to date on any important information relative to their business
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with overseas customers / vendors / agents / suppliers in Hong Kong, China, or overseas
Job Requirements:
  • High school or above
  • At least 4 years or above experience in sea freight with solid experience and air freight experience is an advantage
  • Familiar with US market
  • Good ability to communicate in English and Chinese, written and spoken
  • Possess problem-solving skills & leadership skills; mature & self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Immediate availability is preferred
