ABOUT OUR CLIENT
- The client is one of the largest payment processing companies in Asia, offering card services and digital payment solutions, and partnering with financial institutions across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and support existing client accounts in the payments sector.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients in the Southern region.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (Technical, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist senior sales colleagues in meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Reporting & Market Insights
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
- Gather and share market intelligence to support sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Preference for candidates with fintech sales experience and established relationships with banking clients.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory, with the ability to collaborate with overseas partners.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in payments/fintech/banking is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and an effective team player.
