About EFAS
EFAS Technologies is a U.S.-based water technology company headquartered in Newport Beach, California. Our mission is to help water utilities worldwide reduce non-revenue water and improve operational efficiency through advanced artificial intelligence.
Our product uses existing data to detect, localize, and prioritize leaks and other water network anomalies. We work with utilities, engineering firms, and system integrators across the U.S., Asia, and the Middle East.
Role Overview
We're looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help expand EFAS's global reach by identifying and engaging new prospects in the water utility and infrastructure sectors. The SDR will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and supporting our go-to-market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers (water utilities, public water agencies,...)
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound leads from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the pipeline.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the EFAS sales and growth team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track lead conversion metrics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine outreach messaging, campaigns, and target segments.
- Support partner and channel development activities (e.g., VARs, system integrators).
- Stay informed about industry trends in water loss management, AI, and smart water technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (B2B SaaS or GovTech preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable communicating across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, text, phone calls, and in-person meetings)
- Comfortable reaching out to senior-level prospects and building relationships remotely.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong follow-up discipline.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and outreach automation tools.
- Interest in clean tech, sustainability, or the water industry is a major advantage.
