Job Responsibilities: Content Planning & Management

Content Ideation & Planning:

  • Research
    trends, hot topics, competitor activities
    , and
    customer insights
    across SNS platforms.
  • Proactively
    propose, contribute, and develop creative and unique content ideas
    tailored for each channel (Facebook / Instagram / YouTube).

Multi-Platform SNS Content Management (Facebook, Website):

  • Plan and manage
    posting schedules
    and
    post engagement
    on multiple channels.
  • Manage
    Fanpage messages
    and
    analyze VOC (Voice of Customer)
    to improve communication strategies.
  • Propose and coordinate with
    KOLs/KOCs
    for integrated content campaigns.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with other departments within the
    Marketing team
    (Digital, Design, Ads, etc.) to ensure that all content effectively supports overall campaign goals.
  • Report campaign progress
    and propose optimization ideas.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Continuously stay updated on
    emerging content trends
    ,
    new Facebook features
    ,
    algorithm changes
    , and
    creative tools
    to enhance content quality and performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in
    content creation and social media management
    (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).
  • Candidates with experience in the
    F&B industry
    are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Economics, Communications, or Journalism
    .
  • Good level of
    English proficiency and writing skills
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
    .
  • Strong
    analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and strategic mindset
    .
  • Excellent
    writing and idea presentation skills
    — clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Strong
    communication and collaboration skills
    to work effectively with multiple teams.
  • Proactive, creative, and responsible
    working attitude.
  • Proficient in
    PowerPoint
    and familiar with
    research tools
    (Google Trends, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of
    Canva Pro
    and
    CapCut Pro
    .
  • Candidates with
    PowerPoint certifications
    (e.g., 9Slide, etc.) are preferred.
  • Knowledge of
    Looker Studio
    and
    data analytics
    is a plus.
