Mô tả công việc:(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)Nghiên cứu trend thị trường, hành vi người dùng, và đề xuất ý tưởng viral phù hợp với thương hiệu.Xây dựng chiến lược nội dung đa kênh (TikTok, Facebook, Reels, YouTube Shorts) với KPI rõ ràng.Viết brief và định hướng sáng tạo cho đội ngũ content, editor.Phối hợp với Ads – Design – MKT tổng thể để triển khai chiến dịch.Đánh giá hiệu quả nội dung viral (view, engagement, conversion) và đề xuất tối ưu.Thực hiện A/B testing định dạng, concept, câu chuyện để liên tục cải tiến hiệu quả.Tư vấn cho Ban Lãnh Đạo về xu hướng truyền thông và chiến lược sáng tạo đột phá.Chức vụ: Nhân Viên/Chuyên ViênHình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gianQuyền lợi được hưởng:Thu nhập 15–20 triệu/tháng (lương cứng 13-16tr + thưởng KPI viral).Thưởng nóng khi clip/chủ đề đạt mốc viral (từ 100k view trở lên).Làm việc trong môi trường trẻ – sáng tạo – dám thử nghiệm – liên tục học hỏi.Tham gia các khóa đào tạo chuyên sâu về Content Strategy & Digital Marketing từ Taki Academy.Hưởng đầy đủ BHXH, nghỉ phép, thưởng Lễ – Tết – sinh nhật, du lịch hàng năm.Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao ĐẳngYêu cầu công việc:Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Content / Social Media / Viral Marketing.Có ít nhất 10 case viral thật (video >100k view hoặc chiến dịch đạt >1M reach).Hiểu sâu về hành vi người dùng mạng xã hội và thuật toán TikTok, Meta.Kỹ năng storytelling, bắt trend nhanh, sáng tạo và chủ động cao.Tư duy logic, khả năng phân tích số liệu nội dung.Hiểu về AI-driven content customization (Là lợi thế).Ưu tiên: Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Livestream / E-commerce / FMCG / Beauty / TPCN.Biết dựng video cơ bản hoặc làm việc với ekip sản xuất (Là lợi thế).Có khả năng dẫn dắt team content nhỏ (2–3 người) (Là lợi thế).Yêu thích sáng tạo, có phong cách riêng và khả năng lan tỏa cảm hứng (Là lợi thế).Yêu cầu giới tính: Nam/NữNgành nghề: Nghiên Cứu Thị Trường,Sáng Tạo Nội Dung,Trade - Brand - Product MarketingCao Đẳng2 - 4 năm
