Principal Accountabilities:

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and report B2Ci performance by sector and brand.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, ad-hoc reports upon request, and campaign-specific performance summaries.

  • Monitor stock and inventory levels

  • Budget Tracking

  • Follow up on SP&A budget and accrual processes.

  • Track budget allocations, manage re-classing, and ensure timely accruals.

  • Vendor & Merchandise Coordination

  • Oversee brand merchandise and manage PR/PO/payment processes for vendors.

  • Collaborate with the CP team for purchasing and PO creation.
  • Work with vendors on packaging and delivery requirements.

  • Assist in reviewing contract terms, providing necessary documentation, reviewing liquidation reports and proceeding vendor payments.

  • Support packaging development & implementation

  • Coordinate with design agencies, QC teams, and regional label teams for packaging artwork briefs (labels, cartons, etc.).

  • Follow up with stakeholders for artwork checks before final release.

  • Prepare sub-labels for imported products and announcement letters for new launches.

  • Support Brand team in marketing activities

  • Support brand activities such as designing, content writing & QC for marketing assets: POSMs, leaflet, brochure, internal newsletters, mini-games, giveaways, merchandise design, social post, sponsorship initiatives.

  • Prepare meeting recaps and assist in internal brand marketing events.

Coordinate with other admins to ensure compliance with processes, identify and escalate issues to the Marketing Managers if needed.

  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience in MKT or eCommerce field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good communication in internal & external team: both EN & VN
  • Rigorous in execution/process control
