Our client is a fast-growing international consulting company specializing in
immigration and relocation consultation services
. Their core services include visa and work permit consulting, residency solutions, business setup support, and end-to-end relocation assistance.

They are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow the Sales team, driving revenue, and improving sales performance. This role combines people management, sales strategy, training, and hands-on business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, motivate, and push the Sales team to hit and exceed targets
  • Set clear KPIs, sales activities, and revenue goals for each team member
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Coach the team on sales skills, mindset, and customer handling
  • Build a strong team culture focused on results and collaboration

2. Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to plan and execute sales strategies
  • Develop and manage key client accounts
  • Identify gaps and improve sales processes
  • Spot new market opportunities and potential customer segments
  • Support business growth through proactive sales planning

3. Training, Recruitment & Team Development

  • Organize and deliver regular sales training sessions
  • Support onboarding and skill development for new Sales hires
  • Share best practices and effective sales techniques
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for the Sales department
  • Build a high-performing, motivated, and scalable Sales team

4. Client Engagement & Reporting

  • Attend key client meetings and support the Sales team when needed
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
  • Generate new business leads through events and partnerships
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports and analysis
  • Report results against budget and explain variances to management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum
    3 years
    of experience in
    Sales Management
    with proven experience leading and managing Sales teams
  • Previous experience successfully
    managing Sales teams
    , ideally from a
    similar industry
    (prefer banking/insurance experience)
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and driving sales growth
  • Fluent in
    English
    and
    Vietnamese
    (spoken & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Being able to conduct
    professional sales training
    would be a strong advantage
