District Sales Manager in the Sales Department has the role of developing market for Roche Diagnostic solutions.
Coordinate with current sales executives to develop an overall sales strategy for Roche's products in these accounts and effectively implement the strategy.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to carry out projects related to product training, product launching, and satisfaction improvement within Roche and at customers.
Your Opportunity
- Manage existing accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
- Develop new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
- Ensure proper and detailed projects planning for assigned territory for all market segment
- Pro-active and creative problem solving in managing customer's complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
- Project Manager role for projects planning and implementation (eg: on-site upgrading of analyzers)
- Prepare Quotes, gets orders, prepares sales proposal and contracts for customers
- Coordinates with distribution partner /third party to better serve customers
- Ensure timely and proper information gathering from customers for tenders opening as means to secure the deal
- Provide feedback on customer needs and manage customer's expectations pro-actively
- Calls on customers to inform about Roche Diagnostics products/services, and explain characteristics, clinical background/ implications and clinical studies conducted with the products
- Promotes, displays' and/or demonstrates product to customers with the objective to close deal
- Conducts sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Areas and/or Marketing team
- Compiles customer database/information/market surveys for use as sales leads
- Source and collects competitive intelligence and competitor information and reports to management
- Assist to conduct basic operation training for all products whenever necessary
- Leading team of Account Representative for all the above
Who you are
- Bachelor in Health/Science/Pharmacist disciplines, master degree is preferred.
- Working experience in key accounts is a must
- Multinational companies in a similar industry with sales experience at least 5 years is preferred
- Languages: Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
