Target clients: electronics and automation companies

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and distribution channels.

Team leadership and management

  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Foster a high performance, customer - focused sales culture.

Business development

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Negotiate close high value contracts
  • Represent the company in trade shows, industry conferences and networking events.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

  • At least 5 years of experiences in B2B sales.
  • Having knowledge of the electronic circuit board market or related processing technologies in Vietnam.
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Computer skill: MS Office, Power point. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications/Public relations/Business or a related field. A master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Good at English (good at 4 skills)
  • Proficient in Chinese is a big plus
