Background
OCB Digital Bank - LioBank is looking for a "Marketing Assistant" with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking/ consumer finance/ FMCG. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with detailed orientation, to turn presentations into execution with strictly on-time in-full measure.
Background in Banking/ Digital Bank/ Fintech/ Tech will be a strong advantage but not compulsory. Experience in in-house IMC marketing teams or dedicated agency teams in FMCG or a strongly competitive sector/ company is also preferred.
Reporting of the role: This role reports to the Unit Head of Marketing.
What You'll Do
Project Marketing Management Oversight:
- Create and support in gathering and analyzing internal/ external data, providing insights for improvements/ new initiatives to put in the backlog.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and improvement reports related to marketing initiatives & main project streams across digital marketing, product marketing, brand marketing & referral.
- Track and report on project performance, ensuring key milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met. Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track project progress.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Financial Planning & Management:
- Budgeting proposal: Assist in financial projection for all workstream for monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting for all marketing activities.
- Budgeting Control: assist in delivering performance reports, dashboards, and reconciliation reports, presentations to stakeholders following KPIs.
Growth Marketing Management
- Tell (Develop) growth plan stories (upon critical baseline marketing metrics) by comprehensive internal, external data.
- Be the go-to person as project owner to drive aspects of the product, data, creative and media mix to ensure the execution of the improvements/ initiatives.
- Track progress of hypothesis testing and turn recommendations into mid-term and long term strategies to grow.
Who We're Looking For
- 3-4+ years of experience in Banking industry or/and Fintech with a similar role.
- Confident with operating experiences in the marketing plan.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressure.
- An independent, self-driven individual with a highly responsible nature.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans.
