Marketing Assistant Manager/ Sale Assisant Manager

Công việc

  • Chiến lược & Kế hoạch Bán hàng
  • Xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch bán hàng hàng năm phù hợp với mục tiêu của công ty.
  • Xác định các cơ hội thị trường và kênh phân phối mới.

Lãnh đạo và quản lý nhóm

  • Đặt ra các KPI rõ ràng và giám sát hiệu suất để đảm bảo đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng.
  • Xây dựng văn hóa bán hàng hiệu suất cao, lấy khách hàng làm trọng tâm.

Phát triển kinh doanh

  • Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các khách hàng chủ chốt: nhà đầu tư, nhà thầu, kiến trúc sư và nhà phân phối.
  • Đàm phán các hợp đồng có giá trị cao
  • Đại diện công ty tại các triển lãm thương mại, hội nghị ngành và các sự kiện giao lưu.

Vận hành Xuất sắc

  • Phối hợp với bộ phận Tài chính, Sản xuất để đảm bảo hoàn thành đơn hàng suôn sẻ
  • Chuẩn bị báo cáo thường xuyên về doanh số bán hàng
  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định xuất khẩu, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và chính sách của công ty

Doanh thu & Lợi nhuận

  • Đạt được mục tiêu doanh thu
  • Tối ưu hóa mô hình định giá để cân bằng giữa khả năng cạnh tranh và lợi nhuận
  • Triển khai hệ thống CRM và quản lý bán hàng dựa trên dữ liệu.
