2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily administrative tasks: document management, office supplies, filing, contracts, and paperwork.
- Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist managers with assigned tasks, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and tracking work progress.
- Receive and respond to customer/partner requests; coordinate with relevant teams to provide quick and efficient support.
- Manage data and prepare reports using Excel (tracking sheets, KPI reports, summaries, etc.).
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
3. REQUIREMENT
- Good English communication
- Proficient in Excel and standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt to new tasks quickly.
- Ability to provide fast customer support and handle multiple requests efficiently.
- Willing to support outside working hours (shift-based rotation).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with IT experience or basic IT knowledge
- Basic understanding of Chinese would be a plus
