2. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle daily administrative tasks: document management, office supplies, filing, contracts, and paperwork.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist managers with assigned tasks, including drafting documents, preparing reports, and tracking work progress.
  • Receive and respond to customer/partner requests; coordinate with relevant teams to provide quick and efficient support.
  • Manage data and prepare reports using Excel (tracking sheets, KPI reports, summaries, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

3. REQUIREMENT

  • Good English communication
  • Proficient in Excel and standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Willing to learn new skills and adapt to new tasks quickly.
  • Ability to provide fast customer support and handle multiple requests efficiently.
  • Willing to support outside working hours (shift-based rotation).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with IT experience or basic IT knowledge
  • Basic understanding of Chinese would be a plus
