Job Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting clients during and after software deployment, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction across our key products — bonbon shop, visibilityPRO, and deliveryPRO
Key Responsibilities:
1. Post-Go-Live Support
- Manage system maintenance after handover, including issue resolution and system updates.
- Record, summarize, and report incidents clearly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and documentation.
- Handle client change requests, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
2. Customer Care & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during and after project implementation.
- Monitor client satisfaction, conduct regular reviews, and propose improvement solutions.
- Understand clients' business objectives to foster long-term partnerships.
3. Process & Team Coordination
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (DEV, BA, QC) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Contribute to process improvement and the development of internal SOPs.
- Support onboarding and performance evaluation for new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in
B2B software deployment, distribution systems, or retail management
is an advantage. - Strong project management and progress tracking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and with clients.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Proficiency in
Jira, Confluence, Excel, and presentation
tools.
