About the Role

Join Fast Track Vietnam, a fast-growing startup of Thryve Vietnam setting the standard of airport experience for travelers across Vietnam. As our Customer Operations Lead, you'll manage the day-to-day execution of Customer Operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You'll be the backbone of our service delivery — ensuring every traveler has a seamless journey.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily operations, including booking processing, customer support, and coordination with airport and supplier partners
  • Communicate directly with customers in English via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to resolve inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Track bookings, payments, and service execution to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Manage CRM records and follow up with customers to maintain high satisfaction and repeat usage
  • Identify and fix operational bottlenecks to continuously improve processes
  • Support reporting and documentation related to operations and performance

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of proven operations and customer support experience (travel, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with multiple teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets)
