The Senior Campaign Performance works in collaboration with Head of Food and other team members of food department to monitor performance, give insights as well as support other team members to deliver the KPI.
Responsibilities:
1/ Sales Performance Analysis & Program Proposal
- Analyze sales performance data of partner restaurants on the BeFood app to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Propose promotional programs and partnership strategies with suppliers to boost revenue and optimize sales performance.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports on sales performance by restaurant and by campaign.
2/ Sales Program Development & Implementation
- Design and implement promotional programs and offers for partner restaurants within the BeFood platform.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective execution of campaigns, including campaign planning, layout, advertising content, and channel communication plans.
3/ Quality Assurance & User Experience
- Ensure all elements of sales programs on the BeFood app (banners, product links, promotional information) are displayed accurately, error-free, and attractive to users.
- Work closely with the technology team to develop and roll out features supporting the programs.
4/ Cross-functional Coordination & Program Execution
- Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and others to ensure promotions and offers are implemented consistently and effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to make timely adjustments to strategies.
5/ Issue Management & Operational Support
- Directly handle issues arising during program execution, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Support staff when work-related problems occur, providing timely assistance in case of incidents or workload overload.
6/ Staff Supervision & Performance Monitoring
- Track the progress of team members' tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
- Provide timely reminders and adjustments to improve work efficiency.
7/ Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on the results of sales programs, analyzing partner restaurants' performance on BeFood.
- Provide key information and data to support strategic decision-making.
8/ Other tasks as assigned by Line manager and HOF.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, sales program management, or relevant positions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with multiple departments and partners.
- Dynamic, creative, and able to work well under pressure.
- High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly
