Mô tả công việc:

  • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị, tham gia điều phối tại các sự kiện offline của bộ phận Trade Marketing của công ty.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận để set up sự kiện với các đối tác, nhằm phát triển nguồn khách hàng tiềm năng và góp phần thực hiện kế hoạch marketing.
  • Hỗ trợ và liên hệ với các đối tác cũng như nhà phân phối, cung cấp dịch vụ để hỗ trợ sự kiện: in ấn banner, Poster, tờ rơi,…phục vụ sự kiện
  • Hỗ trợ làm payment trên hệ thống
  • Báo cáo kết quả công việc sau sự kiện.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Các bạn sinh viên đang học tại các trường Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh,Tổ chức sự kiện…
  • Từng có kinh nghiệm tổ chức các sự kiện lớn, nhỏ ở trường
  • Các bạn có thể sắp xếp lịch làm việc theo ca 4 tiếng, có laptop và xe máy thuận tiện di chuyển ở khu vực Quận 7, Quận 8
  • Thái độ: năng nổ, nhiệt huyết, có tinh thần trách nhiệm trong công việc

Phúc lợi:

  • Phụ cấp: 35k/tiếng, 1 ca 4 tiếng, có thể làm được cuối tuần, do quản lý sắp xếp lịch
