Mô Tả Công Việc

  • Phát triển phần mềm, tích hợp phần mềm vào hệ thống ERP, CRM
  • Quản lý nhóm lập trình: phát triển, triển khai và bảo trì các phần mềm của công ty
  • Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý mã nguồn; xây dựng chính sách, tiêu chuẩn cho mã nguồn đảm bảo lập trình viên và các đối tác gia công tuân thủ theo.các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế và quy định bảo mật của công ty
  • Thiết lập quy trình phát triển phần mềm hiện đại, bao gồm CI/CD và các mô hình bảo mật
  • Thiết kế, lập trình và triển khai các API với các hệ thống nội bộ hoặc bên thứ ba
  • Phối hợp với các team khác (BA, UI/UX, QA) đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm
  • Tham gia review source code đối với các phần mềm gia công bên ngoài
  • Trực tiếp tham gia lập trình các tính năng khó, quan trọng, bảo mật
  • Tham gia triển khai ERP, CRM
  • Hỗ trợ cấu hình, lập trình tích hợp trên ERP, CRM
  • Quản lý
  • Quản lý tiến độ, phân công nhiệm vụ, đảm bảo công việc đúng hạn, đúng chất lượng.
  • Kiểm soát chất lượng mã nguồn, và tài liệu kỹ thuật.
  • Tham gia lập kế hoạch, chiến lược và quản lý các dự án phần mềm nếu được phân công
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu hóa hiệu năng và kiến trúc hệ thống.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, định hướng, đào tạo xây dựng đội ngũ nhân viên Technical.
  • Vận hành & Bảo trì
  • Giám sát, xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật, bảo đảm tính ổn định của hệ thống.
  • Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nội bộ về các chức năng phần mềm
  • Cập nhật các bản vá, phiên bản, và tính năng mới

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Full Stack (MERN hoặc MEAN), trong đó ít nhất 1–2 năm ở vai trò Technical Lead hoặc tương đương.
  • Làm việc với các CSDL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MSSQL Server, …
  • Kinh nghiệm : RESTful API, WebSocket, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Docker, CI/CD, Git, GitLab, Principles
  • Có kinh nghiệm AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, …), DevOps, SAP Integration toolkit, lập trình Mobile App (React native) là một lợi thế
