About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Lead
to take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of our innovative products.

Product, Design, and QA
teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Guide, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers to achieve both individual and collective excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation.

Project Ownership

• Oversee the full development lifecycle — from requirement analysis and system design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Architecture & Scalability

• Design and evolve robust, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.
• Drive architectural decisions that align with long-term business and technical objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to define technical specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Best Practices & Process Improvement

• Champion modern software development methodologies, including CI/CD, code quality standards, and test automation.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize team efficiency.

Hands-on Development

• Contribute directly to both
  front-end and back-end development
  when needed, ensuring alignment between code quality and architectural standards.

Problem Solving & Risk Management

• Diagnose complex technical issues, design practical solutions, and proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks.

Team Growth & Performance

• Participate in performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and foster a culture of learning and ownership.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Front-End:
  Strong proficiency in
  HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript
  , and modern frameworks such as

• Back-End:
  Solid experience in
  Java

  RESTful APIs
  , and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Architecture:
  Proven experience in designing scalable, maintainable systems across full-stack environments.
• CI/CD:
  Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps best practices.

Experience

• 8+ years
  of software development experience, including at least
  2 years
  in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to
  inspire, motivate, and develop
  engineering talent.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
