Our client, a global leader in technology and engineering solutions, is conducting a confidential search for a
Senior Technical Architect
to join their rapidly growing R&D center in Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a pivotal technical leadership role, offering the opportunity to define the architecture for next-generation embedded products used by top-tier international customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to senior management, your primary focus will be on technical strategy and execution.
  • You will own the high-level system design, defining product architecture and architecting solutions for complex technical challenges.
  • Act as the lead technical authority on projects, providing crucial input for scoping, estimation, and scheduling.
  • Guide and mentor senior technical leads, ensuring their teams deliver on project goals with high quality and on schedule.
  • Hold accountability for the quality of all technical deliverables, conducting rigorous reviews of work products.
  • Proactively identify and analyze project risks, designing and implementing effective mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for external customers, preparing and presenting updates on project progress.
  • Play an active role in building the engineering team by participating in technical interviews and defining new roles.
  • This position requires a willingness to travel internationally to customer sites and other engineering centers as needed [based on cite: 14].

Requirements

  • 10+ years in embedded software development with expert C/C++ programming skill
  • Must have experience delivering complex solutions on various platform(
    Firmware, Linux, QNX, Android, FreeRTOS)
  • Deep understanding of embedded SoCs (CA/CR cores) and the ability to analyze complex hardware manuals and data sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with developing & testing various drivers
  • Experience across the full stack (bootloader, kernel, middleware, apps).
  • Experience in the
    automotive domain (ADAS, IVI, Gateway)
  • Working knowledge of the
    R-CAR platform
