Job description

SGH Á Châu đang tìm kiếm một Odoo Technical Lead để dẫn dắt mảng kỹ thuật trong các dự án triển khai Odoo ERP. Đây là vị trí đóng vai trò trọng tâm, đảm bảo giải pháp được thiết kế đúng chuẩn, vận hành ổn định và đáp ứng chính xác yêu cầu nghiệp vụ của khách hàng.

Responsibilities

  • Lãnh đạo & định hướng kỹ thuật
  • Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ triển khai kỹ thuật Odoo từ kiến trúc, thiết kế đến tùy chỉnh và tích hợp.
  • Thiết lập tiêu chuẩn code, kiểm tra merge request và duy trì chất lượng kỹ thuật trong team.
  • Định hướng, hỗ trợ chuyên môn cho nhiều phân hệ (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR…).
  • Hỗ trợ dev xử lý các bài toán kỹ thuật phức tạp.
  • Phân tích & tài liệu
  • Phối hợp BA và PM để rà soát BRD, SRS, FRD và đánh giá tính khả thi kỹ thuật.
  • Chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành tài liệu thiết kế kỹ thuật (TDD) và mô hình kiến trúc.
  • Quản lý tài liệu liên quan đến mô hình dữ liệu, API, workflow và cấu trúc hệ thống.
  • Tích hợp & kiến trúc hệ thống
  • Thiết kế và triển khai tích hợp giữa Odoo và hệ thống bên ngoài (eCommerce, logistics, payment gateway, CRM…).
  • Tối ưu hiệu năng, dữ liệu và cấu hình server nhằm tăng khả năng mở rộng.
  • Quản lý versioning, branching và thiết lập CI/CD bằng GitLab, Jenkins hoặc
  • Chất lượng & triển khai
  • Dẫn dắt UAT và làm việc với QA để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
  • Review code, đánh giá hiệu năng và đảm bảo tiến độ các mốc triển khai.
  • Quản lý đội ngũ & giao tiếp
  • Quản lý nhóm 2–6 lập trình viên Odoo.
  • Là đầu mối trao đổi giữa khách hàng, PM và team kỹ thuật.
  • Theo dõi tiến độ, đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất cải tiến quy trình.
  • Xây dựng văn hóa làm việc minh bạch, học hỏi và tài liệu hóa.
Your skills and experience
  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Odoo (v13 trở lên), trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vai trò lead/architect.
  • Thành thạo Odoo ORM, models, views, controllers, QWeb.
  • Có kinh nghiệm Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (ưu tiên Owl).
  • Am hiểu RESTful API, tích hợp hệ thống và cấu trúc module.
  • Biết sử dụng Docker, Git và pipeline CI/CD.
  • Có khả năng viết/đánh giá BRD, SRS, FRD, TDD; sử dụng tốt , Lucidchart hoặc Confluence.
  • Kinh nghiệm Agile/Scrum.
  • Tốt nghiệp CNTT hoặc ngành liên quan.
  • Biết tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
