  • To ensure all working areas are clean and all equipment and other amenities are always ready to use according to the management standard. Very high attention to detail
  • To maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, facilities, and services. Sensitive to cultural nuances
  • To maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
  • To ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone, or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction. Where appropriate ensure that comments and complaints are reported to management.
  • To adhere to all recognized LQA Standards as well as Seva and brand promises.
  • Flexible with rotating roster including public holidays, weekends, and overnight shift.
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Guest Assistant Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written). To be able to use other languages is a plus
