Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent located in Duy Xuyên. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, handling phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Daily tasks include answering calls, booking reservations, assisting guests with their inquiries, and ensuring that all reservations are accurately recorded and managed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Reservations and Customer Service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
• Night-shift requirement
