Mục Tiêu Vị Trí

  • Hỗ trợ và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến triển khai chiến dịch Marketing, đảm bảo mọi hoạt động diễn ra theo đúng kế hoạch và tiêu chuẩn.

Trách Nhiệm Chính

Thực thi Chiến dịch (Execution):

  • Thực hiện các công việc triển khai theo chỉ đạo từ Senior Marketing Manager (hoặc cấp quản lý trực tiếp).
  • Hỗ trợ sản xuất nội dung (viết bài, thiết kế cơ bản, quay dựng đơn giản) cho các kênh truyền thông.
  • Triển khai và theo dõi các hoạt động trên kênh Digital (quảng cáo, social media, email marketing) theo hướng dẫn.

Báo cáo & Phân tích:

  • Thu thập, tổng hợp dữ liệu và lập báo cáo hiệu suất cơ bản của các hoạt động đã thực hiện.
  • Theo dõi và quản lý vật phẩm/tài liệu Marketing.
  • Phối hợp: Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban liên quan (Sales, Sản phẩm, v.v.) để đảm bảo sự đồng bộ trong truyền thông.

Yêu Cầu Tối Thiểu

  • Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc thực tế ở vị trí Marketing Executive.
  • Nắm vững các kiến thức cơ bản về Digital Marketing và các công cụ hỗ trợ.

Quyền lợi:

  • Mức lương cạnh tranh UPTO 15M + thưởng hiệu suất
  • LƯƠNG: Tối thiểu 13 tháng lương/năm. Xét TĂNG 1-2 lần/năm.

  • Phụ cấp thâm niên (thời gian làm việc từ 2 năm trở lên).
  • Tham gia các hoạt động học tập, đào tạo trong và ngoài công ty, tích điểm học tập, phát triển G-Point trên hệ thống Quản lý của công ty.
  • Nghỉ thứ 7, chủ nhật + 12 ngày phép/năm.
  • Câu lạc bộ và nhiều hoạt động văn hóa - thể thao - nghệ thuật được công ty tài trợ hoặc hỗ trợ (Ví dụ: Bóng đá, bóng bàn, cầu lông, bơi lội, âm nhạc, tiếng anh, game...)
