JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Market Research & User Insights
  • Stay updated on e-commerce and SaaS market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to uncover pain points and opportunities for marketing improvement.
  • Marketing Campaign Execution
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns based on approved strategies.
  • Plan and run lead generation and acquisition campaigns to deliver high-quality leads for the Sales team.
  • Develop and manage marketing content across channels: blog posts, social media, ads, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure engaging, consistent, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Track and report marketing performance: lead generation, campaign results, traffic, and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with user needs and business goals.

REQUIREMENT

  • Growth Marketer with strong e-commerce insight and SaaS experience
  • 2 -3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or E-commerce (or any Product related company)
  • Hands-on experience in paid ads, community building, basic design (Canva) and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and optimization tactics.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and initiative.
