Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing branding and hands-on marketing activities and supporting overall marketing initiatives for Viettonkin Consulting Group. This role requires both creative and analytical skills to strengthen brand positioning, enhance digital presence, and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for Viettonkin Consulting Group, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and performance marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Business Development, Legal, and Consulting) to produce engaging marketing content and campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Collaborate with the SEO team and content team to plan and optimize website content, on-site and off-site SEO with a well-selected keyword strategy, digital marketing campaigns, and performance marketing activities.

  • Manage and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights) to improve ROI and KPIs.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, insights, and trends that support strategic decision-making.

  • Support brand-building efforts through consistent messaging, creative content, and professional online presence across all platforms (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role ((experience in consulting, legal, or professional services is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, and/ or performance marketing; experience working with SEO or digital agencies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English with IELTS 7.0 or above (or equivalent proficiency).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.
