As the QFS Deputy Manager
,
you'll ensure that all company operations, from raw material sourcing to finished goods delivery, meet stringent quality and food safety standards. You'll be a key player in deploying and maintaining our global QFS systems and collaborating with various departments to uphold our commitment to product excellence and consumer safety.

2. Key Responsibilities

QFS System & Policy Management

  • Implement and maintain QFS systems in line with company policies and global standards.
  • Continuously improve QFS processes to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.

Compliance Oversight

  • Monitor QFS compliance across the supply chain: raw materials, packaging, processing, finished goods, and shipments.
  • Ensure all activities align with internal and external standards.

Auditing & Reporting

  • Plan and conduct internal and external audits (suppliers, co-manufacturers, warehouses, etc.).
  • Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the QFS focal point, working closely with other departments to ensure effective compliance.

Global Program Participation

  • Participate in regional and global QFS programs and initiatives as required.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Manage and train the QFS team.
  • Deliver QFS compliance training for new and existing staff.
