We're seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee operations for a market-leading industrial manufacturer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives for growth, investment, and technology modernization.
  • Oversee daily operations across production, sales, R&D, finance, and HR to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Drive international market expansion and manage global partnerships.
  • Develop and inspire high-performing teams, promoting innovation and a global-minded culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership (Director, Deputy GM, or GM) within industrial manufacturing.
  • Proven ability in strategic management, operations excellence, and export market development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; English proficiency preferred.
