MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage the sales department in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang and the sales department at resort. At the same time, the represent the Resort to conduct business activities with sales representatives or global representative offices.
- Direct and be responsible for establishing business and marketing activities including advertising and public relations activities.
- Make monthly management reports and revenue forecasts
- Monitor current/potential market developments, monitor sales activities, lead and devise sound strategies to ensure continuous business growth.
- Plan and execute special events and sales activities to promote the hotel and amenities to potential customers.
- Review advertising, print and other media activities according to the overall marketing plan.
- Attend fairs and other events locally and abroad to promote the hotel and increase sales.
- Prepare annual marketing plan and business budget.
- Develop, encourage and lead a dynamic and talented sales team.
- Perform other tasks requested by the General Manager/General Director
- Monitor current/potential market developments, monitor sales activities, lead and devise sound strategies to ensure continuous business growth.
