Director of Enterprise Systems

I. Role Purpose
The Director of Enterprise Systems & Digital Workflow is responsible for leading, planning, and managing the implementation of enterprise-wide systems- primarily ERP and related digital platforms such as HRM, workflow automation, data governance, and operational digitization tools.
This role ensures that all digital solutions are effectively deployed, fully integrated, and aligned with company's digital transformation strategy to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and strengthen enterprise data management.
II. Key Responsibilities
ERP Project Management
Develop the overall ERP implementation plan, including project scope, objectives, resource allocation, timeline, and budget.
- Establish key project documents such as the Project Charter, Implementation Roadmap, and Governance Framework.
- Collaborate closely with business units to collect, analyze, and define detailed business and system requirements.
Monitor project milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Resource & Team Leadership
Lead a multidisciplinary project team including ERP consultants, business analysts, developers, testers, and key users.
- Assign tasks, supervise progress, and evaluate performance throughout project phases.
Coach and upskill internal teams to strengthen ERP knowledge and operational readiness.
Risk, Quality & Scope Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across all phases.
- Ensure system compliance with company's business, quality, and security standards.
Control project changes (Change Requests) and assess their impact on cost, schedule, and deliverables.
Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary liaison among the Executive Board, business departments, and solution vendors.
- Prepare and present regular progress, quality, cost, and risk reports to the Steering Committee and senior management.
Maintain transparent, timely, and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
Post-Implementation & Continuous Improvement
Oversee system go-live, stabilization, and handover to the BAU (Business-As-Usual) team.
- Evaluate post-deployment performance against project objectives.
- Recommend continuous improvements, upgrades, and new modules to enhance the ERP–Digital Workplace ecosystem.
III. Qualifications & Competencies
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Project management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
ERP platform certifications or hands-on experience are advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years in large-scale ERP or enterprise system implementations.
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects (HRM, workflow, data management, or systems integration).
- Prior exposure to Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) is a plus.
Preferably from financial services, banking, securities, or large-scale enterprises (1,000+ employees).
