Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Admission Director
to lead the school's strategic enrollment initiatives. The successful candidate will focus on attracting and converting high-net-worth families, ensuring a premium, personalized experience for all prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enrollment strategies targeting high-income families.
  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP and high-profile families, offering personalized guidance and consultations.
  • Oversee the full admissions process, including inquiries, school tours, assessments, interviews, and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the school's marketing team to design campaigns that highlight the school's brand and premium offerings.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to ensure high performance and exceptional service.
  • Monitor admissions metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international school admissions, preferably serving high-net-worth families.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and market insight capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
