Propose and execute an action plan based on the companys business strategy that is aimed at boosting market share, increasing average revenue per user (ARPU), and increasing campus reenrollment and retention rates.
- Identifying, executing, and monitoring cost optimization efforts, improvements in center level productivity / utilization, and all customer service interactions and metrics.
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial / PnL reporting operations for campuses.
- Oversee operations with a focus on: (1) defining, implementing, and monitoring admissions-related strategies and initiatives (ASA: Admissions & Student Affairs); (2) successfully launching VUSs national marketing initiatives; designing, monitoring, and reporting on local-specific marketing initiatives and public relations (PR) activities; and (3) implementing school premises service and compliance measures (SSC: School Services & Compliance); (4) implementing teacher quality management (TQM: Teaching Quality Management) measures in-line with guidelines published by the Company’s Teacher Quality (TQ) department but also identify, suggest, implement, and track improved policies and procedures.
- Set employee performance goals and objectives, conduct performance reviews (structured and non-structured) by functional group, for and across direct reports, and provide direct management to key functional and/or business unit managers and executives.
- Drive hiring decisions, talent management initiatives, and succession planning activities.
- Assist in business development (BD) initiatives, work with the BD team on lease (re)negotiations, and ensure the successful opening of brand-new campuses in the area in accordance with the overall company plan.
- Other tasks/work assigned by line manager and BOD.

BSc degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/Education or related majors. At least 5+ years of experiences in sales/operations management in the education/ retail/ F&B industries with multi-sites structure management. A demonstrated excellent track record of sales and operations achievements. Excellent customer service mindset; Strong business acumen. Ability to interact with senior management team members.
