Trường đang tìm kiếm Phó hiệu trưởng quản trị, cụ thể như sau:

1. Mô tả công việc

· Xây dựng kế hoạch và triển khai, đảm bảo hình ảnh thương hiệu toàn trường, các hoạt động Truyền thông nhằm tăng tính thương hiệu tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng;

· Lập kế hoạch, kiểm tra, đánh giá định kỳ các hoạt động marketing online và offline, tuyển sinh, PR, CSKH, truyền thông nội bộ;

· Triển khai các hoạt động Marketing bao gồm cả B2B, B2C nhằm mang về khách hàng tiềm năng;

· Kiểm soát phân bổ các hạng mục POSM;

· Thực hiện đảm bảo toàn trường đạt được 100% KPI/ số học sinh tuyển mới và học sinh luỹ kế hàng năm;

· Xây dựng kế hoạch và triển khai các hạng mục phục vụ công tác tuyển sinh: Biểu phí, chính sách ưu đãi, Quy trình, sale kits…

· Đề xuất chính sách tuyển sinh trường theo từng thời điểm, thực hiện triển khai chính sách sau khi được phê duyệt;

· Tổ chức đào tạo huấn luyện đội ngũ nhân sự, nâng cao chuyên môn tư vấn tuyển sinh – chốt sale;

· Các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Hiệu trưởng.

2. Yêu cầu công việc:

· Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý đội tư vấn khách hàng, ưu tiên lĩnh vực giáo dục.

· Có khả năng phân tích và tận dụng hiệu quả các dữ liệu để hướng dẫn, vận hành và đưa ra quyết định tổ chức.

· Khả năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt.

· Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh và thành tạo tin học.
