  • Quảnlýhệthốngthôngtinliênlạccủacôngtybaogồmđiệnthoại, fax, internet, email, inấn,photocopy;

  • Hỗtrợtấtcảcácphòngbanvànhânviêntrongcôngtyliênquanđếncácsựcốphầncứngvàphầnmềmmáytính;

  • QuảnlýMạngcụcbộ(LAN)chohệthốngmáytínhcủacôngtybaogồmchiasẻ/lưutrữ/bảovệdữliệu,trangweb,phầnmềmcủacôngty;thựchiệnsaolưudữliệuchohệthốngmáytínhcủacôngty (hàngngày,hàngtuầnvàhàngtháng);

  • Duytrìtínhổnđịnhvàanninhchohệthốngmáytínhcủacôngty;thiếtlậpcácquytắcchongườidùngliênquanđếnphầncứng,phầnmềmvàhệthốngdữliệucủacôngty;

  • Chuẩnbịvàcungcấpchonhânviêncôngtycácquyềnsửdụngemail,truycậpinternetvàbấtkỳphầnmềmmáytínhnàokhác;

  • Trựctiếpbảotrìhoặcthựchiệncácbiệnphápbảotrìphùhợpđốivớicácsựcốkỹthuậtliênquanđếnhệthốngmáytínhvàhệthốngthôngtinliênlạccủacôngty (baogồmđiệnthoại/fax, email,truycậpinternet, inấn, photocopy...);

  • Hỗtrợtấtcảcácphòngbanvànhânviêntrongcôngtyliênquanđếncácsựcốphầncứngvàphầnmềmmáytính;baogồmcảviệcthanhlý(chitiếttoànbộphầncứng,máyin...);

  • KiểmsoátanninhCNTT.
