We are expanding our international presence and seeking an experienced
Sales Director
to lead market development and partnership growth in
Korea and Japan
.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies for Korea and Japan.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the
IT outsourcing and digital solution sectors
. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, key stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align business goals, pricing models, and service portfolios for each market.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements.
Sales Leadership & Performance
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional sales team (including sales executives, account managers, and coordinators).
- Establish clear KPIs and sales targets, and monitor performance against goals.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Brand & Market Representation
- Represent ITBee Solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities in Korea and Japan.
- Strengthen the company's brand reputation in international markets through strategic communication and client success stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales, International Business Development, or Offshore Service Sales
. - Proven track record of successful market expansion or large-scale deal closures in
Korea or Japan
. - Strong understanding of
offshore development models
, IT project delivery, and partnership structures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in
English
and
Korean or Japanese
(at least business-level).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with or within software development, SaaS, or technology outsourcing companies.
- Established network in the Korean or Japanese IT and business community.
- Strong leadership and coaching mindset.
- Result-oriented, strategic, and culturally adaptable.
