Responsibilities

  • Directly manage all sales and business operations of the
    wood furniture and wood flooring
    retail and dealer network.
  • Develop and execute strategic and business plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, architects, and design firms to support business development.
  • Review and evaluate tender documents and bidding dossiers before submission for approval in compliance with current regulations.
  • Oversee project implementation progress, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Consolidate and assess project performance to advise the Board of Directors on resolving issues affecting project quality, schedule, and overall investment efficiency.
  • Manage, recruit, and train the sales team to achieve assigned business goals.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.
  • Keep updated on company policies, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in product knowledge training sessions and sales skill development programs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management in accordance with job functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Economics, Construction, Business Administration
    , or related fields.
  • Minimum of
    5 years of experience
    in a similar managerial or director-level position.
  • Experience in the furniture or wood flooring industry
    is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability in leadership, business management, territory development, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, market research, and business planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and capability to work independently with high responsibility.
  • Self-motivated, proactive in learning and professional development.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
