Quản lý và tối ưu các kênh social media (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook Reels) nhằm tạo traffic tự nhiên, hướng đến thị trường Mỹ và EU. Bao gồm triển khai chiến dịch KOL/KOC để tăng mức độ tương tác và thu hút người dùng mới.

SEO kết hợp AI tools: Hỗ trợ tối ưu SEO bằng các công cụ chuyên dụng tích hợp AI (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO…), nâng cao hiệu quả organic search và đưa thêm traffic vào funnel từ giai đoạn tiếp cận đến mua hàng.

Automation & Marketing Ops: Nghiên cứu và vận hành các nền tảng automation/personalization như Insider, Make, n8n…

Xây dựng funnel tăng trưởng toàn diện – từ thu hút người dùng (acquisition), tối ưu chuyển đổi (conversion) đến đo lường hiệu suất (tracking & analytics).

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

Lương: 13-18tr + phụ cấp ăn trưa 30k/ ngày+ chế độ thưởng theo KPI công việc của team.

Thời gian làm việc 8h30-17h, 5.5 ngày/ tuần.

Phép năm nghỉ không hết phép sẽ được hoàn tiền.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Có kinh nghiệm thực chiến trong Digital Marketing đa kênh (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook Reels), ưu tiên đã triển khai cho thị trường quốc tế (Mỹ, EU).

Hiểu biết và có kinh nghiệm triển khai KOL/KOC marketing để tăng tương tác và thu hút người dùng mới.

Thành thạo các công cụ SEO & AI tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO…) để tối ưu organic traffic.

Kỹ năng sử dụng các nền tảng automation/personalization như Insider, Make, n8n (hoặc tương tự) để vận hành chiến dịch và tối ưu workflow.

Có tư duy data-driven & growth mindset: biết phân tích dữ liệu, đo lường hiệu suất, tối ưu funnel acquisition – conversion – retention.

Kỹ năng quản lý dự án, giao tiếp và phối hợp team tốt.

Ưu tiên ứng viên:

Từng làm việc trong môi trường e-commerce / startup tăng trưởng nhanh.

Biết khai thác AI/automation cho marketing ops.

Có khả năng tiếng Anh tốt để triển khai campaign quốc tế.
