  • Xây dựng chiến lược Digital Marketing tổng thể, phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu VinFast và mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Quản lý, điều phối và giám sát toàn bộ các hoạt động digital: Website, mạng xã hội, paid Media, SEO/SEM, CRM (Quản lý leads), Content…
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan và agency để triển khai các chiến dịch Digital Marketing tích hợp.
  • Quản lý ngân sách digital marketing, đảm bảo tối ưu chi phí và hiệu quả đầu tư (ROI).
  • Theo dõi, phân tích báo cáo hiệu quả, đề xuất cải tiến liên tục.
  • Xây dựng, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Digital Marketing.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc tương đương.
  • Kinh nghiệm 5+ năm trong Digital Marketing, ít nhất 3 năm ở vị trí quản lý.
  • Có kiến thức toàn diện về digital (SEO, SEM, paid Ads, Content, Social, CRM, Data Analytics).
  • Kĩ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý dự án và quản lý ngân sách.
  • Tư duy chiến lược, khả năng phân tích và nhạy bén với xu hướng thị trường.
  • Tiếng Anh tốt.
