This position plays the role of Talent Partner of ITC division. He/she will take care of sourcing, attracting IT talents and driving the company's success and innovation. By fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, I aim to create a seamless and positive recruitment experience that aligns with our organizational goals and culture.

What You Will Do

  • Acting as an independent contributor, proactively partner with technical teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure relevant recruitment experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top IT talent
  • Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the remainder of the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality technical candidates for current and future needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies
  • Support Employer Branding activities

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree required;
  • Over 7 years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Broad knowledge of IT products and services;
  • Experience in successful recruiting from Senior to Manager-level positions is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
