Join us as a Sales Specialist, Electrification & Automation in Ho Chi Minh and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of innovative and sustainable solutions that save energy and reduce the carbon footprint of buildings, infrastructure, and industries. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales plans, securing project sales, and contributing to a greener future by enabling the transition to a reliable and affordable sustainable energy system.
You'll create impact by:
- Strategic Sales & Project Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on securing and managing project sales within assigned territories and industry markets.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our market share in key Electrification & Automation segments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders in project developments, positioning us as the preferred partner for foundational infrastructure.
- Market Analysis, Intelligence, & Solution Identification: Conduct in-depth market analysis within designated industry segments to inform tailored sales strategies for project implementations. Gather and analyze market intelligence, including trends, competitor activities, and business outlook.
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our broader technology portfolio by collaborating with other divisions to offer holistic, integrated solutions.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, leveraging deep knowledge of Electrification & Automation (EA) products and solutions.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (engineering, project management, customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Your defining qualities:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within Electrification, Automation, Industrial, or Smart Infrastructure, with a proven track record of successfully selling and managing solutions for various projects or infrastructure developments.
- Strategic Selling & Solution Integration: Demonstrated ability to understand, articulate, and sell integrated solutions across a broad technology portfolio, with experience collaborating across different business units, and direct experience in developing and executing sales strategies for specific industry verticals (e.g., Data Centers, Manufacturing, Utilities) for project implementations.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Electrification & Automation products, systems, and solutions (e.g., MV/LV switchgear, protection relays, SCADA systems, industrial control systems, energy management solutions, digital services).
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Personal Attributes: Highly customer-centric, assertive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
