Sales Specialist chuyên B2C cao cấp (biệt thự/resort 10 tỷ+)
để đưa giải pháp SmartHome premium đến
end-user VIP.

Nhiệm vụ chính

* Chốt deal trực tiếp với chủ biệt thự/resort.

* Xây network: chủ đầu tư BĐS, KTS, nhà thầu, tư vấn thiết kế.

* Lead gen đa kênh → tư vấn → theo deal → thu tiền (có admin hỗ trợ).

* Phối hợp kỹ thuật & marketing: tài liệu, sự kiện, feedback sản phẩm.

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

* Đã sales end-user cao cấp (chủ biệt thự/resort).

* Kinh nghiệm B2B/B2C sản phẩm công nghệ cao cấp (SmartHome, nội thất nhập, thiết bị vệ sinh premium…).

* Tốt nghiệp kỹ thuật hoặc tương đương.

* Mối quan hệ sẵn với chủ đầu tư/KTS/nhà thầu.

Ưu tiên

* Chủ động, kiên trì, chịu đi thị trường.

* Làm việc độc lập, sẵn sàng công tác ngắn ngày.

Offer

* Lương cứng 20–30M+ + 1.7M phụ cấp + hoa hồng không giới hạn + KPI.

* BH đầy đủ, khám sức khỏe, du lịch, đào tạo trong/ngoài nước.
