Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hanoi for a Technical Sales Specialist. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical support and expertise, conducting sales presentations, and managing customer inquiries. The role requires a strong understanding of our products and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales, Sales skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
